Ebike Assembly and Shop Services

Prescott E-bike is a certified Rad Power Bikes and Himiway service shop, and also offers optional assembly when purchasing a bike from us.

Ebike Assembly Services

Prescott Ebike is an authorized and certified Rad Power Bikes local bike shop partner. We’ll pick up, assemble and deliver your ebike ready-to-ride.

You can also have Rad Power Bikes ship your bike directly to us. Simply select that option at check out.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE DETAILS

Hourly rates: $100/hr (minimum 2-hour ebike assembly).
Includes FREE local pick-up and delivery (within 30 miles of the Tri-City Area).
Also includes bike fitting and training at the time of delivery.
Accessories can also be mounted (additional fees may apply).
This is a preferred option for many new ebike owners! As an Authorized Rad Power Bikes Local Bike Shop Partner, we work directly with Rad Power Bikes for any and all issues that may arise during the unboxing and assembly process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you DID NOT select: Built by a Rad Local Bike Shop Partner during checkout when you purchased your Rad Power Bike, please give us a call or email us to set a date and time to schedule your pick-up date.

Ebike Shop Services

Prescott Ebike is an authorized and certified Rad Power Bikes and Himiway local bike shop partner and Himiway distributor. You can call to schedule and appointment to drop off your ebike at our shop located at:

Or, we can schedule a pickup, service, and deliver your ebike ready-to-ride, again.

We perform authorized warranty service of your Rad Power Bike or Himiway.

BASIC TUNE-UP: $100

Your ebike needs some minor TLC.

Includes:

Inspection and adjustment of all hardware
Electronic systems check
Adjust and lubricate drivetrain
Inspect and adjust fitment and alignment
Inspect and adjust brakes ($35 per brake if hydraulic line bleeding is needed)
Torque check
Wheel tension check
Critical safety check
Frame wipe down
Tire inflation to recommended PSI
Test ride

FULL TUNE-UP: $150

You’ve been enjoying your ebike for a while and it needs a good scrubbing to get it looking like new.

Includes all of the Basic Tune services above, plus:

Full ebike cleaning
Wheel truing

STANDARD SERVICES

We also provide services as needed on Chains, Components, Derailleurs, Disc Brakes, Drivetrain, Electronics/Diagnostics, Tires, Tubes, and Wheels. Replacement parts are additional.

Minimum charge: $35.00
Hourly rates: $100/hr
Local pick-up and delivery (within the tri-city area): $35.00
Phoenix area $100.00 for delivery fee
